What the rate covers, and what sits on top

The number in the table is the daily rate for that car. Here is everything else, stated plainly rather than discovered at pickup.

Included

The car, its insurance, and a daily mileage allowance. Delivery inside Los Angeles is arranged when you book — tell us the address.

The security deposit

Refundable, held on a credit card in the driver’s name, and the amount is given to you before you commit. It is not a fee.

Age

Our minimum is 21, where most of Los Angeles asks for 25. A few individual cars carry a higher minimum set by the partner who owns them.

Extra miles

Charged per mile beyond the daily allowance, at a rate you are told upfront. Ask before you book and we will tell you the figure for that car.

Why nobody else shows you these numbers

Ring around Los Angeles asking what a Lamborghini costs for a day and you will mostly be asked for your phone number. That is deliberate: a call lets a rental desk price you rather than price the car — your accent, your dates, how badly you seem to want it.

We publish every rate because the comparison is the whole point. If the Urus is $999 a day and the Huracán Spyder is $1,399, you should be able to see that before you speak to anyone, and decide whether the extra $400 is worth it to you.
